We’ve all heard about how people try hard to maintain a work life balance. In this episode, I address this phenomenon, by first attempting to change the way we perceive our Life. The initial step to making an effort for balance is to understand what needs balancing. If we go about it the wrong way, our endeavours would all just be in vain. But by changing the perception of our life, we are halfway there with modifying some aspects to truly achieve the balance we need. It’s not how much we do but how we go about doing it, that matters.
